GROUP 10: Starting April 2025

This is the overview, format and cost of UK PBSP training starting in April 2025, known as Group 10.

Location of in-person training:  Ham Green House, The Penny Brohn Centre, Chapel Pill Ln, Ham Green, Pill, Bristol BS20 0HH.

For 2026 & 2027 Group 10 will pay in 2 parts.  Each must be paid at least 14 days in advance.

• The day delegate rate for each module will be paid directly to PBTI – contact Jacquie Grinham
• Contact Penny Brohn to book and pay for
  • Three day food and accommodation package, or
  • Lunch and tea package

Foundation Training:

On July 24 2025 we made a small change to the dates.  The modules for April and Sept 2025 have been amended by one day.

The Foundation training hours above equate to 10 days of training. 

This can be taken as stand-alone foundation training for personal development and to learn the basics of PBSP, or as a step towards PBSP Full Training, where you will learn the art and skill of the PBSP practitioner.

To enter the Full Training programme, all 10 Foundation days must be completed. The move from Foundation to Full Training will be agreed in discussion with the tutors.

Group 10: Costs of Training

Foundation Training: three modules

Total cost £3100 (or £2,800 with early bird discount if paid for before 30th November 2024). 

Once you have had an intake interview and been accepted your place will be confirmed by your payment.  A £300 deposit secures your place.  This should be paid as soon as you have decided to join the training.

Completion of Full Training: two years – Total cost £4,100

• Decision to continue to full training to be made by 1st August 2025
• First payment for Full Training due on 1st September 2025

Total cost for the Foundation Training plus the Full Training £7,200

There is an ‘early bird’ discount of £300 for those who pay for the Foundation Training by 30 November 2024.  This reduces the total cost to £6,900.

NB We will consider alternative arrangements for staged payments spread over a longer period, if these are agreed in advance.

What is included in the cost of the course

• All training materials
• Evaluations
• Refreshments during the course – tea, coffee, biscuits (lunch is not provided)

Accommodation and meals are not included in the cost of the course.
