Learn the Affective Domains, according to Tomkins (1962):
Surprise —————————- Startle
Interest —————————– Excitement
Enjoyment ————————- Joy
Distress —————————– Anguish
Anger ——————————– Rage
Fear ———————————- Terror
Contempt ————————– Disgust
Shame ——————————- Humiliation
Think of, and create a list of, affect words to add to the affective domains of Tomkins (1962). The purpose of this is to enrich your affective vocabulary in English

During training modules, the Trainers may record structures lectures in video and audio form. Different levels of possible future use of this material are listed on this form. Please let us know the level of use that you are completely comfortable with. Whatever you tick as a choice, if the Trainers ever plan to use all or part of a recording for the purposes listed below, or any purpose other than those listed below, we will discuss it with you before using it. Log of the structures you have received as a client, outside the training
DOCUMENT FOR YOU TO FILL IN – This is a record of the structures you have had as a client outside the training. You are required to have a minimum of 3 structures outside of the training programme, whilst undertaking the Foundation Training. In future these should be with an Accredited PBSP Therapist. If you go on to Full Training you will be required to have at least a further 6 structures, making 9 in total. You may count all structures had in the 12 months before the training began. Please fill this in, and keep this form up to date.
