HOW TO
Join the PBSP UK Group

  1. Sign in to Google Groups.
  2. Search for the group:
    1. At the top, click My groups and select All groups and messages.
    2. In the search box, enter the group’s name PBSPUK and press Enter.
  3. Click the group and then Join group (see picture below)
  4. To post to the group, use the email address you signed up with (or it won’t work), and send email to pbspuk @ googlegroups.com (without the gaps). Everyone on that group will then get that email.

This group is a community space for those trained in / training in Pesso-Boyden System Psychomotor (PBSP) to connect, share, and support one another in our ongoing practice and professional development.

Use this group to:
• Share upcoming events, trainings, or workshops
• Exchange resources and ideas related to PBSP
• Ask questions and offer peer support
• Foster collaboration and deepen our collective understanding of the method

This is a space for respectful, constructive, and practitioner-focused dialogue. We welcome contributions that help strengthen the PBSP community and uphold the integrity of the work.

WHO CAN JOIN

Those trained or currently training in PBSP.  There is no charge to join.

GROUP RULES

Group rules are outlined below, by joining this group you are agreeing to them. We reserve the right to remove you from the list.

Confidentiality: Do not share client details or detailed information relating to clients.
Disagreements: Please be professional, kind and respectful when challenging someone.

No posts that perpetuate a negative/phobic narrative against any groups or individuals.
Please be discriminating about who you reply to. Mostly you will just reply to the individual that posted, rather than the whole group.  When responding to group discussions, or something that will interest everyone, you can reply to all.

Email the group: pbspuk@googlegroups.com  This will only work if you send the email from the exact email address that  you used when you signed up to the group.

FORMAT FOR POSTING

Please put one of the following words in the subject line, so that people know if they want to read the email or not.

Admin – for any administrative questions or info
Event – to advertise a workshop, course or training
Room – to advertise a room or space to rent or wanted.  Or a venue you’d recommend for group workshops (eg has a sofa and parking).  

Discuss – for discussions or to share opinions or views
Supervision – supervision offered or wanted
Referrals – if you want to refer a client – eg to someone in another area or with a particular skill set.
Other – Anything that doesn’t fall into one of the categories above.
