Paying your deposit reserves a place on the Foundation Training

Once you have had an intake interview and been accepted, your place will be confirmed by your payment of a non-refundable deposit of £300.

There are two fees to pay:

  • Course Fee – covers tuition, assessment and course materials.
  • Module Delegate Fee – covers the training venue, refreshments and lunches for each three-day in-person module.

Course Fee

  • Foundation Training (Modules 1-3): £3,300 (Early Booking Discounts and Very Early Booking Discounts are available)
  • Full Training (Modules 4-9): £4350

Complete Training (Modules 1-9): Attending the Foundation Training (Modules 1–3) is a prerequisite for progressing to the Full Training (brackets 4-9). Participants who complete all nine modules will have paid a total of £7,650 at the standard course fee, before any applicable Foundation Training discounts.

Module Delegate Fee

  • Module Delegate Fee £225 per person for each in-person module.
  • In-person modules are modules 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8 and 9

Foundation Training Course Fee

The course fee for the Foundation Training (Modules 1-3) is:

  • £2,900 – Very Early Bird Rate
  • £3,100 – Early Bird Rate
  • £3,300 – Standard Course Fee

Payment Plans for Foundation Training Modules 1–3

VERY EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT PRICE OF £2,900

Pay a non-refundable deposit of £300 by 1 September 2026, and either:

  • the remaining balance is paid in full by 1 March 2027, or
    .
  • arrange a standing order for 5 payments of £520 to be made on 1 March 2027, 1st April, 1st May, 1st June, 1st July 2027

EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT PRICE OF £3,100

Pay a non-refundable deposit of £300  by 1 December 2026, and either:

  • the remaining balance of £2,800 is paid in full by 1 March 2027, or
    .
  • a standing order of 2 payments to be made: £1400 on 1 March 2027 and £1400 on 1st August 2026 or
  • arrange a standing order of 5 payments of £560 to be paid on 1 March 2027, 1st April, 1st May, 1st June, 1st July 2027

FULL PRICE £3,300

  • A minimum payment of £2,100 to have been received by June 1st 2027
    .
  • Then a standing order to be set up for £400 each on 1st July 2027, 1st August, 1st December 2027

Payment Plans for Full Training Modules 4-9

The course fee for the full training is £4350

The decision to continue to the Full Training must be made no later than 5 January 2028

First payment will be due no later than 14 January 2028

  • A standing order to be set up for 6 monthly payments of £725 starting no later than 14 January 2028

NB We will consider alternative arrangements for staged payments spread over a longer period, if these are agreed in advance.

What is included in the course fee

  • All tuition
  • All training materials
  • Evaluation at the end of the training

Accommodation is not included in the course fee.

Module Delegate Fee

This covers the training venue, refreshments and lunches for each three-day in-person module.
Accommodation, breakfast and supper are not included in the Module Delegate Fee

  • The cost will be £225 per module in 2027.
  • This fee applies to all training participants for all in-person modules.
  • This fee is payable directly to the Pesso Boyden Training Institute at least 8 weeks before each in-person module.
  • The PBTI Administrator will invoice you 10 weeks before the module start date.
  • Planning and venue arrangements depend on prompt payment, so we kindly ask that payment is made by the due date.
  • Late payments will incur an additional administration charge.
  • Cancellation charges: Payment is due if less than 2 weeks notice of non attendance is given. Cancellation charges do not apply if you give more than 2 weeks notice when unable to attend the in-person workshop.
  • Please note, based on price increases in previous years from Penny Brohn, our venue, we anticipate a 20% increase in 2028 and a further increase in 2029 to the Module Delegate Fee.
